My name is Barbara Peters, I am a Certified Licensed Wedding Officiant in Ottawa, Ontario. I am a Minister with Abba Ministries of Canada. I have been helping couples celebrate their love and commitment since 2007. Formerly the owner and creator of a popular wedding venue, I have recently shifted my focus to specialize in small weddings with 2-25 guests. I will travel in the Ottawa area including, Kemptville, Brockville, Manotick, Merrickville, Prescott and Beyond.
